The exclusive THI card
Application in the THI EXPERIENCE programme is open to all adults residing in Italy or abroad. To join the programme, fill out the application form and hand it to the THI hotels’ Front Desk or fax it at +39 011 56 18 966.
You can also fill out the application form on our web site at the page REGISTER.
Members will receive the THI EXPERIENCE kit by mail. At the same time they will receive an e-mail containing the card number, and from then on they will be all set to enjoy the offered benefits and accumulate points.
In order to receive the expected benefits, members must provide the THI EXPERIENCE number when making reservation. The THI EXPERIENCE card is strictly personal and may not be used by others. It is not a credit card and gives only the rights indicated in the Programme.
The duration of the THI EXPERIENCE programme is not predetermined but will be irrevocably decided by THI, which reserves the right to revoke any THI EXPERIENCE card if it becomes necessary. Card owners have the right to withdraw from the Programme at any time.
Written notice of withdrawal must be sent to THI by e-mail () or fax (+39 011 56 18 966).
Card owners are responsible for informing THI of any change of address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.
THI declines all responsibility for changes or disservices that might be caused by the Programme’s participating partners.
