The spacious conference room of the Excelsior Grand Hotel of Catania equipped with the latest facilities are composed of six rooms, from 10 to 130 seats.
First in terms of numbers is the Conference Center Erice, with its Business Centre and secretarial area, workstation and fax facilities. This large, modular room has an area of over 250 m2 which can hold up to 350 people. Equipped with the most modern technology, brightly lit, its three large windows open onto a graceful garden that provides a splendid outdoor setting for banquets, coffee breaks or other activities.
Adjoining the Congress Centre, the Sala Posidone has an area of 130 m2 and lends itself to various set-up configurations.
Five meeting rooms make up a single area devoted to business: Ciane, Aretusa, Galatea and Etna rooms are located next to each other and are of equal size: each has an area of 35 m2 and a 40-person capacity. Situated on the first floor of the hotel, they offer a fine view of Piazza Verga and are very well lighted.
The Sala Talia has an area of 52 m2 and holds up to 60 people. Quieter but equally well lighted, it looks onto the internal part of this exclusive five-star in the centre of Catania.
