The guiding thread between the rooms and spaces of the Golden Palace is gold, in countless interpretations of shapes and materials. The warm golden note of the precious mother-of-pearl coverings of the reception counters and the porter’s desk is juxtaposed with the dark brown of the crocodile-effect leather of the welcome desk.
The quiet of the reading room, an Internet space with four workstations, an American bar and an attractive lobby, a Personal Shopper service to help orient guests’ shopping excursions, a Wellness Centre for hours of sheer relaxation.
This is living the Golden Palace from within, which also offers content to those sensitive to the call of art: the solemn statues by the sculptor Umberto Baglioni at the entrance, the bronzes by Michele Guerrisi in the garden, covered with gold and inspired by marine mythology, the video sculpture by Fabrizio Plessi in the hall, with liquid metal that creates metaphysical cascades, and the golden flows of Giovanni Lombardini, intersperse the spaces of the hotel. Unique and much-appreciated original works in marble by Gianni Manganelli.
