10 a.m.: playing the chef

An original stay in Turin with cooking lesson.

  • Two nights in double room;
  • Accommodation in deluxe double room without supplement (depending on availability);
  • Buffet breakfast;
  • Late check-out at 3.00 p.m.;
  • Cooking lesson of two hours on Monday morning and following tasting of the dishes prepared during the lesson. Possibility of choose, on request, depending of availability at the moment of the reservation, of the menu:
    • 1. Pizza and tiramisu. During the lesson of two hours it will be prepared the paste for making pizza and focaccia. The dessert will be the tiramisu, prepared with the traditional recipe;
    • 2. Agnolotti and bunet. During the lesson of two hours it will prepared the fresh egg pasta for making vegetarian ravioli. The dessert will be the bunet, typical Piedmontese recipe;
    • 3. Cold veal in tuna sauce, creamed risotto in Barbera red wine and cream pudding. During the lesson of two hours it will be prepared as starter the cold veal in tuna sauce, following the creamed risotto in Barbera wine with the traditional Piedmontese recipe. The dessert will be a Piedmontese cream pudding.
  • The “Chocopass” (a practical pass valid for 48 hours, that offers the possibility to taste chocolate ice-creams, cakes and drinks, gianduiotti and praline in the historic cafés of Turin);
  • No charge for a child up to 12 years old on Bed and Breakfast basis, sharing room with parents.
