  • Welcome aperitif with Venoge de Venoge magnum Champagne,
    with green peas purée, prawn and mini croissant stuffed smoked salmon

  • Goose foie gras served: “mousse, torcon and sautéed escalope”

  • Home made ravioli filled capon meat and served with robiola cheese truffle fondue

  • Sautéed veal fillet in Barbaresco red wine
    Potato roesti, fried artichokes and sweet semolina

  • Grappa sorbet with pumpkin jelly

  • Chocolate heart with crumble hazel nut, caramelized orange and melted chocolate

  • Coffee and Petit Four
