with green peas purée, prawn and mini croissant stuffed smoked salmon
- Goose foie gras served: “mousse, torcon and sautéed escalope”
- Home made ravioli filled capon meat and served with robiola cheese truffle fondue
- Sautéed veal fillet in Barbaresco red wine
