The Cambio’s wine list is itself an enological heritage, encompassing the top vintages produced by Piedmont and the best from the vines and vineyards of Italy and France as well as other interesting wine-producing regions.
Carefully preserved in the majestic silence of the cellar, each bottle awaits the moment when it will be able to give the best of itself in perfect company with the dishes of the grande carta.
The cellars can be visited upon request, an added enjoyment for authentic wine lovers.
